There are three opportunities to present at the 2012 HI-TEC conference:
1. Conference Workshop Presentations (half-day)
Workshop Application Deadline: Friday, January 13, 2012
Monday, July 23, 8:30 a.m.-Noon and 1:00-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 24, 8:30 a.m.-Noon
2. Main Conference Session Presentations (45 and 90 minutes)
Session Application Deadline: Wednesday, February 1, 2012
Wednesday, July 25
Thursday, July 26
3. Poster Sessions (90 minutes)
Poster Session Application Deadline: Wednesday, February 1, 2012
Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48" x 72" poster board. Presenters must be present to discuss the display.
Wednesday, July 25, 4:30-6:00 p.m. (during the Technology Showcase Reception)
