If you are a secondary or postsecondary educator, counselor, workforce development advocate, industry professional, or technician interested in the high-tech sectors that drive our nation’s economy, we hope that you are making plans to attend the High Impact Technology Exchange Conference July 27-30, 2015 at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel.
The conference will offer 16 preconference workshops and 4 tours on Monday and Tuesday, while the Wednesday and Thursday main conference will feature keynote speakers and 90+ breakout sessions. There will be an awards luncheon and Technology Showcase with an exhibitor reception including poster sessions and door prizes. The program can be viewed at www.highimpact-tec.org on the PROGRAM tab. Just click on the title of the workshop or session to see the description and presenters. We hope you’ll plan to attend some of the preconference workshops and/or tours as well as the main conference.

You can Register for the Conference Online by using a credit card or purchase order. If sending a check, please use the print form found on the Registration page. The early registration deadline is May 31.
Hotel reservations can be made for the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel under the HOTEL/TRAVEL tab at www.highimpact-tec.org. Credit cards will not be charged when you make your reservation, but will be charged upon check out.

High Impact Technology Exchange Conference
July 27-30, 2015

There are three opportunities to present at the 2015 HI-TEC conference:
1. Conference Workshop Presentations (half-day)
Workshop Application Deadline: Wednesday, January 15, 2015 5:00 p.m. Central
Monday, July 27, 8:30 a.m.-Noon and 1:00-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 28, 8:30 a.m.-Noon
2. Main Conference Session Presentations (45 minutes)
Session Application Deadline: Monday, February 3, 2015 5:00 p.m. Central
Wednesday, July 29
Thursday, July 30
3. Poster Sessions
Poster Session Application Deadline: Monday, February 3, 2015 5:00 p.m. Central
Each poster session presenter will display their materials on a 48" x 72" bulletin board (push pins are provided) and be present to discuss the display Wednesday, July 29, 3:00-6:00 p.m. (includes the 4:30-6:00 p.m. Technology Showcase Reception). No equipment or tables will be used in the poster sessions.
